I've been that person, you know, the person who has the nerve to ask someone why they've made a specific decision. Sometimes, I would ask out of curiosity... As I continue to experience life, I have learned that being judgmental and questioning personal choices is not my job and when I allow others to question my choices, they’ve made me second guess my decision making skills. Let’s live and let live!

Quick update on my status and hiatus. Life in the times of COVID is an experience we will never forget. Stay safe out there.

Unconditional love gives us freedom.

As I navigate an undiscovered world where I practice trusting myself, I've learned that building self trust begins with addressing self betrayal. I know myself best and we always know what's best for us. Trust yourself and move forward confidently, knowing that when our decisions are rooted in love, they will align with our purpose.

I signed up for a Meditation 101 workshop. I left with a new understanding and confidence in my ability to heal myself. Remember: We ask the questions and we have the answers.

As a meditation newbie, I've been known to enjoy the meditation buffet. I will admit that I have quit meditation several times because I just couldn't get it "right." In fact, I would judge myself harshly for not being able to quiet my mind, and felt like meditation wasn't meant for someone like me. More recently, I have had the privilege to learn from people that have a solid meditation practice. They have encouraged me to do what works for me. If you've had difficulty with meditation, I hope this will present a new perspective and encourage you to shape your own meditation practice. Enjoy.
