Today we are joined by Esther Moussa, a Youth Worker and Trained Rapid Transformational Therapist, from Surrey, England.

She shares what inspired her to become a Youth Worker and discusses the many challenges faced by young people in the UK and around the world.

Pressured to fit in, stay up on the latest trends, and seek unattainable perfection, Esther explains how mentoring young people to seek authenticity and connection through supportive networks within  the community can have a lasting positive impact.

She also discusses how Rapid Transformational Therapy is helping people more easily address unresolved issues of the past in order to live more fulfilling lives now.
