Hey guys! It’s been a while since I recorded something, but I am very happy that I took the time and effort to create something today despite how long it’s been. In this episode, I talk about my experience and opinion on what it takes to grow, what to expect and what it feels like to pursue The Self Help or Self Development Journey. In today’s episode, I talk about how everything we covered so far, can play an important role in your business life. You have to put everything in use that I mentioned so far, to not only change your personal life but your business life as well.

Thinking about that small business you want to start, Podcast, or maybe a webinar you want to put together. Maybe, you want to start presenting in front of bunch of people to get more clientele. You painted a visual picture of what that business may look like. What the name and logo may be, but none of that matters until you make that visualization a reality.

Today I summarized The Subconscious Mind and Trauma along with becoming conscious in the awakening moment. I also mention the actions I took that changed my reality and mindset by rewiring my Reticular Activating System . Enjoy!
