She earned the title of Miss Nepal US in 2019, along with accolades for "Miss Photogenic" and "Miss Beauty Without a Limit." In 2023, she was crowned Miss World Virginia, representing her state in the Miss World America pageant. Beyond pageantry, Surabhi founded the Save Our Stars Foundation in 2016, focusing on gender-based violence awareness in Nepal. Her "MedLove Clinic" project, in collaboration with the Lions Club, established an HIV/AIDS clinic serving rural Nepal. Professionally, she works as an analytical researcher at a global PR firm and is passionate about mental health advocacy, poetry, and photography.
