Liam was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 3 weeks old. Both Liam and his wonderful mother Deana have been raising awareness for CF to support others fighting this condition. Liam is now a SickKids Ambassador, inspiring both kids and adults. Liam has a heart of gold and he's Deana's whole world. In her own words, she says, "He's the reason I am who I am today."
