Real v Imaginary
No matter how you proceed in life, which direction, or how fast - there will always be others that get in your way and harass you. This is human nature. Some will take great lengths to impede your progress
The present time is challenging for everyone even the best of us
.
Well that may be true I don't think it's a license to operate with a pervasive zero-sum mentality
With limitation and challenge comes opportunity
If you're not familiar with teddy Roosevelt's man in the arena speech, take a listen; it's worth your time.
What I want to share is in regards to real versus imaginary harms.
Do not let him in nature surprise you. Pause take a breath using the small gap between stimulus and response to craft your best answer.
If someone takes a swing at you and Miss. were you harmed?
Do the unknown comments behind your back pressure from sleeping at night.
Except for despite your best efforts you are can be criticized and thwarted
A personal example is recently giveaway access to something that created it was costly and while the overall reviews were positive several uses it as an opportunity to throw rocks and the lesson remind me is this even if I helped just one person.
That's the true magic, and that's what's real.
