Despite recent therapeutic advances, most patients with multiple myeloma continue to face the challenge of an incurable disease and undergo cycles of remission and relapse, with the eventual development of resistance to existing therapies. This highlights the persistent need for more effective and durable treatment strategies. CELMoDs are a class of drugs that enhance T cell potency, promote combinational synergy with other antimyeloma agents, and rejuvenate exhausted T cells to improve antimyeloma effects even in T cell-exhausted settings.
