They are the visionaries behind Burbridge Place: A state of the art building of 124 units of permanent supportive housing in Seattle. The structure incorporates cutting-edge features such as rooftop solar panels, waste heat recovery systems, highly efficient air conditioning, and integrated technologies similar to those found in "smart home" designs, in a converged all DC and fiber environment.
