The Middle Aged Bloke Podcast is about life and the things we come up against. As a man it is not safe to open up, to express or share topics such as Mental health, work, parenting, friendships, life goals, fulfilment, marriage and relationships which is something I found myself battling with and I have found ways to help me and I wanted to share them with you so it might give someone else some tips or ideas. There will be stories and laughs along the way, usually from my truck while on the road but the main purpose is to show you are not alone.
