EP.72 - Realising your inner strength 

Hello, lovely listener! I Hope 2023 is serving you well :)

It's been a while since we last spoke - just before Christmas festivities last year. 

As you may know, I was due to have my baby girl in January... and I did!  She made an appearance (I genuinely thought it would never happen). 

The last 8 weeks have been a cocktail of learning, an emotional rollercoaster if you will. Any fellow mums listening, you will know what I mean!

I have had a lot of time to reflect on my birth and post-partum experience - it has helped me to realise how strong I TRULY am.

But this is not just about motherhood... many other of my life experiences have reminded me of this strength. Leaving my corporate job, starting a business etc.
