i’m back!

This week’s episode topic is the theme of worthiness.

As you know in life at some point we all get to experience the feeling of unworthiness.

I would describe it as uncomfortable and really daunting.

And you know why that is?

Because you are at war with your self constantly, you are mad at your self because you don’t consider yourself “enough” and you probably spend a lot of time comparing your self to other people thinking they have it all and are much more WORTHY than you.

Well guess what? They are not.

They also experience insecurity and doubt, you can’t compare your life to someone instagram highlight, or to a single moment of their life.

My highlight stories are very beautiful and from my instagram account it may look like everything is perfect in my life, IT ISN’T.

So trust me when i say that you are not alone.

This is why i decided to film this episode.

I want to create a community where we everyday help each other out and comfort each other.

Because i believe that everyone can learn to enjoy life, truly, deeply.

Life has sooooo much to offer.

And i don’t want your distorted perception of yourself to stop you from living.

We are all enough and worthy, we born just perfect, what changes in the years is that we develop a perception of ourselves and most of the time it isn’t a great one, and it may because of stereotypes of society or your negative environment ( family friends or other people that affected your mental health ).

The only problem with us is that we don’t understand that we are enough and worthy the way we are.

So i tried to explain to you and expose some steps and thoughts that can help you elevate your self worth and self esteem.

  1. ​Aks your self this question : what it means to me to be worthy?
  2. ​What are the values and qualities that make someone worthy ?
  3. ​What does it mean to be successfull ?
  4. ​What does success look like to you?
  5. ​Now that you answered try to realise what of this concept were instilled in you by your family and in general environment and what are truly yours.
  6. ​Are you just feeling like you are disappointing everyone exeptations ?? And so you aren’t ”enough” to feel worthy?
  7. ​Well i’ll tell you something : someone inability to see your worth doesn’t decrease in any way your value.
  8. ​Now try to get to know your self and write what you discovered about yourself !!
  9. ​Discover your passions and dreams and wonderful qualities.
  10. ​When you get triggered and feel anger ask your self why is that? Is it because you got compared with someone who you feel is better than you? or because you felt “less” in that occasion.
  11. Gift your self extra compassion and extra love on the days you feel the worst.
  12. ​That can look like meditating or hug yourself cry and comfort your self or do skincare or take a bath or look at your self in the mirror and say to yourself ; i love you you are enough.
  13. ​Affirmations are the best to feel good !!There are sooooo many more things i could say but i have so many different ideas and project about this topic and i am sure i will film a part two for this episode!!
