In this final episode of Season 3, we are talking about reality neutrality! And, we like to call it that because...reality is neutral, people! The only moment we have is the moment we’re in, and that moment has no motives but to become what we make of it! Which means: how we choose to respond to that moment, and what we choose to DO with it, is what will define our times as good times, or bad times...or, drinking times! Because, in reality, there is an entirely massive spectrum of emotions all going on within the same set of seconds! And, although we can't choose our reality, we can choose how we show up in it, how we define it for ourselves, and how we use our current moment to shape our future to come out the other side stronger...and, that’s what today’s episode is all about!
