Kaley sits down with Kim Cavalcante, executive and leadership coach, author, and founder of KC Leadership Group, to talk about what happens when you lose yourself in motherhood and have to find your way back. Kim opens up about walking away from her corporate career to raise three kids, what came next, and how she rebuilt her life and business from scratch in her 50s. They get into why coaching isn't about giving advice, how to look at your life through time, energy, and money, and why it's never too late to ask "what do I want now?" If you've ever felt like you disappeared into motherhood and are ready to find yourself again, this one's for you!
Kim Cavalcante is an executive and leadership coach, author, and founder of KC Leadership Group. After a successful corporate career in sales, marketing, strategy, and leadership, she stepped away from the workforce to raise her three children before reinventing her own career as a coach. Today she works with executives, physicians, and leaders to help them gain clarity, strengthen their leadership, and navigate meaningful change. This work is inspired by her own journey of rediscovering what she wanted in the next chapter of her life, which she also writes about in her book, It's YOUR Turn! A Guide to Reclaim Your Identity, Voice, and Joy. Kim believes it's never too late to ask "what do I want now?" and build a life that reflects the answer.
