Jerome Gumbs, CEO/Founder of Empower ME Academy, is running a leadership program that just so happens to improve your jumper and dribbling skills. Jerome, or Coach Gumbs as many know him, has leveraged basketball to travel the world and collect many lessons that have made him the person he is today.
