She holds a master's degree in management and is currently pursuing her masters in Psychology. She is also a certified Instructional Designer and on her way to becoming a certified Empathic Intervision facilitator. She has previously worked in the corporate sector with organisations and clients such as Yahoo, Apple, Pearson, and McGraw-Hill. She is also actively involved in social causes, is an L&D & CSR consultant and an adjunct lecturer, and is associated with some of the best educational pioneers in the world such as TEDx and Technovation
