Depression is the order of the world now as it is gradually taking hold of energetic youths in our generation. With the rising total amount of youths giving there lives to suicide yearly, Depression should be discussed every where we go to give the awareness to both the young and old.

A lady is caught questioning her decisions about getting married to a man she has always wanted but lacks the sex drive she needs and cheating with her ex boyfriend who is only good at satisfying her sexual fantasies. We can't always get all we need in life but is a fantastic sex with your ex worth risking for your beautiful family you have built.

The world has really evolved and these days people go all the way to make themselves happy when it comes to who they want to practice their sexual life with, Most people feel they shouldn't be bound by marriage for them to have a short term partner or long term partner. In my Podcast I have been able to state the difference between this two types of relationships and its left for you to choose.

Everyone has one habit which they would like to stop and have tried several times to stop, I understand it's been really difficult and all I want to do is advice you not to give up on trying till you eventually stop it. My Podcast gives few ways on how to stop these habits and be free from it.

Africa has 54 countries to visit and it can be tricky trying to find places that you will enjoy to you satisfaction. I was able to list a few countries that are known for nature, thrilling adventures and what have you. Listen to me podcast to choose which you would love to go to.

It is sad how this particular syndrome has led women into depression from not getting pregnant and some women seeing themselves having male hormones and no one to explain what is going on with their body . I was able to explain a bit of this on my Podcast through a few research. I will look into bringing a doctor to explain further on it soon.
