We're delving more deeply into the wonderful arguments of the scriptures regarding the doctrine of resurrection. We have understood the resurrection in terms of the first fruits and the fact that it is one event which occurs in phases. In today's brief study we set aside the common idea that there is one general resurrection in favor of what Paul teaches here. There is one resurrection, but it is not general. It occurs in orderly phases which are in accordance with God's grand plans for the universe. The operative word here is order.
