As the lockdown enters its fifth month, employers are concerned that employees are not taking leave in their remote working environments. With many employees having cancelled their leave plans in April, disappointment levels as well as the risk of burnout are at an all-time high. Many employees save the bulk of their leave for December, but it has never been more important to highlight the benefit of regular, intermittent time off than now.
