Rebecca is one of a kind. She is a mentor, entrepreneur, innovator, and transcendent leader, and everything in-between. She is a Haitian American and founder and President of Communities for Haitian Entrepreneurs and Startups (CHES), Inc. At CHES, Inc. they consult and accompany business owners and entrepreneurs in rural Haiti through various stages of their startup life-cycles. To date, have engaged over 200 individuals of which +60% have been women. 

She also recently launched a business with her husband, Patrick,  Obounou Enterprises, LLC, that includes a fitness consulting business and condiment lines under one umbrella.

She is an accomplished professional with over ten years of experience that includes entrepreneurship, 501(c)3 for-purpose organization management, business development, operations, product sourcing, and sales. Experienced servant leader, collaborator, and connector. Recognized for being a self-starting strategic thinker, problem-solver, and implementer who provides critical contributions through all stages of project life cycles.
