Writer and historian Rebecca Solnit is the author of 25+ books on feminism, history, and hope, including Men Explain Things to Me. A Guggenheim Fellow and National Book Critics Circle Award winner, she writes for Harper’s and The Guardian and is the Fall 2025 Dai Ho Chun Chair in the College of Arts, Languages & Letters.
