About This Episode
Rebecca Woods discusses her organic journey into the field of healthcare IT that has led her to launch her own company, Bluebird Tech Solutions, and found a nonprofit organization, Bluebird Leaders. From the age of three when she started gymnastics, Rebecca has had an innate boldness that has enabled her to embrace risk and the fire within. She competed as a springboard diver in college and currently enjoys cliff jumping. These literal leaps into the unknown mirror the figurative leaps she has taken as an entrepreneur. From starting her own company to learning the art of delegation, the common thread in all that Rebecca does is mentorship, especially when it comes to supporting other women. She also emphasizes the importance of self-reflection and acknowledging that you don’t have to be bold every day. A little kindness to yourself goes a long way. Tune in to hear how to fuel your own inner fire and embrace the bold you were born with.
