I spoke with Alex Josef who is a serial entrepreneur about breaking the rules and not conforming, being disposable in your career, and what drives his entrepreneurial mindset back to childhood. Alex also shares his perspective on the characteristics of entrepreneurs. It turns out that being hyper neurotic can be a fuel to drive you forward.

We also spoke about establishing a routine when you are going through any kind of loss such as a layoff to stay motivated and avoid getting in a rut, hustling and making money, and surviving financial feast or famine.
