In the second episode of the Rebels With a Cause series, Morgan and Emily dive into the 1967 Detroit Riot and 1992 Los Angeles Riot.

In this episode, we are confronted with a common theme of police brutality against our Black and brown communities and the ever present economic-social structures that built our current system of racially divided inequality.

Good News, riots of the past lead to the opportunities we see today as well as clearly establishing that police reform does not work. In 2020, the protests are comprised of multi-racial allies and accomplices. Together in this movement, our voices are strong.
