As it turns out, lobsters are fascinating creatures. They are incredibly territorial and live solitary lives. When a lobster is challenged and defeated by another lobster, it goes through an astonishing process. Something that is so weird I had to share it with you!

As I pondered this lobster behavior, it struck me how relatable it is to human experiences. In our lives, we face moments of defeat, loss, and upheaval. We, too, must make a choice: accept our new status and identity, or embrace the opportunity for rebirth and growth.
