REBOOT Camp: Reverse engineering the return to civilian life

Listen Later

This month, WorkingNation highlights stories about veterans and work with a series of articles, videos, podcasts, and a new digital magazine, Inquire Within.
Troubled by unemployment, homelessness, and other issues sometimes associated with the military-to-civilian transition, U.S. Navy veteran Maurice Wilson took a military approach to the problems. His 10-year-old REBOOT Workshop is modeled after the boot camps that integrate new service members into the military way of life.
In this Work in Progress podcast for Inquire Within: Veterans and Work, Wilson explains how the post-service program he co-founded is helping veterans hone up on their skills and prepare them for the civilian workforce.
Wilson discusses the program’s growth to a national organization over the past decade in this Work in Progress podcast for Inquire Within.
Wilson sits on our WorkingNation Advisory Board and we’re honored to have him as part of our team.
