Coach Colfer is a graduate of Scranton University. He started his college coaching career as the offensive coordinator at Cabrini before being named the head coach after 4 seasons. He’s now on his 11th season at Cabrini. During his time there his teams have won 10 consecutive CSAC championships with 9 straight NCAA tournament appearances.

Coach Colfer and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like crafting expectations, defining player roles, being over prepared and much more.
