Retired USMC Colonel Ken Hopper is part of a group of people who are working to rebuild the historic bar where the Marine Corps was born. Colonel Hopper is a member of the Tun Legacy Foundation that is working to rebuild The Tun in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That's the place that the United States Marine Corps got its start.
