In human relationships, both parties must work to rebuild the bridge. In our relationship with God, He does all the work! As He did with Peter. We cannot begin to rebuild the broken bridges in our lives until Christ builds the bridge we need to God. As we come to understand the tools He uses (sacrifice, forgiveness, justice, etc.) to rebuild our bridge to Him, then we can begin to rebuild the broken bridges to others in our lives. We will review some fundamentals of bridge repair in our sermon this week.
