I followed YouTube trainers like they were family, pushed through HIIT workouts I had no business surviving, and slowly rebuilt a body that reminded me of who I once was—and who I was becoming again.

More importantly, I found the mental release I didn’t know I needed. The world was chaotic, but those workouts carved out a quiet strength inside me. And while restrictions loosened, my family held tight to caution, faith, and common sense—choices that kept us safe and healthy while the world continued to shift around us.
