Struggling to rebuild your life after a major disruption? In this powerful conversation, we talk about resilience, grief, and why life after 40 can become your most intentional chapter yet.
If you’re navigating a midlife transition, health scare, loss, or unexpected life change, this episode is for you. Because rebuilding your life after 40 is not about starting over — it’s about starting deeper.
In this heartfelt episode of Life Over 40, I sit down with Bron Watson to talk about what it really looks like to rebuild your life when everything changes. From her cancer diagnoses to redefining identity, purpose, and joy, Bron shares how resilience is built through honesty, vulnerability, and learning to listen to your body.
We explore how grief is not a destination but a journey, why intention matters more than rigid goals, and how daily emotional health practices like journaling can help you feel grounded again. If you’ve ever thought, “I feel lost” or “I didn’t plan for this chapter,” you are not alone. This conversation will remind you that you still have choice, power, and possibility — even in the unexpected.

💛 About Our Guest
Bron Watson is a nurse, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of The Social Coach and The Serenity Project
After decades supporting others in spaces where care and communication matter, Bron’s own life shifted when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and later an incurable blood cancer. Rather than be defined by diagnosis, she created The Serenity Project — a space where science meets soul — helping others navigate uncertainty with compassion and reconnect with themselves.
