As a business owner, we face adversity continuously, continuously. You've probably faced adversity already multiple times this month, and it's the second day of March. You've definitely faced adversity this year already, and we're just starting the third month of the year. Wow. So, what's a person to do? You can do a couple of things. Go back to bed. You crawl underneath the covers. Hopefully, it goes away. It won't, it'll still be there waiting. You can maybe try to hack your way through it. Sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn't or, or refocus, recalibrate and start it new. See that's what you need to do on a weekly basis. We get, we get in this rut of like trying to be an overcomer and trying to be really good at something trying, trying, trying, trying, instead of doing, and see doing requires you to focus, doing requires you to be optimized, and so on a weekly basis, maybe even more just depends on what kind of adversity you're facing. If you're facing personal adversity, then it's probably daily. But if it's something in your business, something that isn't, you know, death-defying or death coming at you. Recalibrating and refocusing on a weekly basis, getting your mind to the point to where, okay, I'm ready for this week. I'm ready to take on the things that have come at me this week. All the stuff last week is passed, it's overcome, it's not gonna kill anybody. Now let's take on this week. And depending upon where you're at in your business, depending upon where you're at in your life like that recalibration, and that refocus is critical to not only your success but continued "thrivability" as an individual, and I don't even know if "thrivability" is a word, but it sounds good. It's critical to you being able to move forward. So those times when man, I don't know if I can move on or this is really a crushing blow. I can't tell you how many times I've talked to business owners where they've said, man, I thought that was gonna be the end. I thought I was over. I thought I was all done. And it wasn't, cause you see recalibration, refocus allows you to see things differently. What I like to do when I'm recalibrating refocusing or getting ready for the week, let's say, is I like to think about the things I want to accomplish, I like to think about the things that are gonna be that are gonna keep me from accomplishing that what I need to do to overcome those, and then I like to reflect on where I'm at based upon my goals for the month, for the year.
