I have a lovely meditation practice to share with you today, one that offers an invitation to tune into your energetic state and then allow nature to support a gentle recalibration….either meeting you exactly where you are, or reminding you of what else is possible.

This week’s meditation supports you to:

* Notice and connect with your energetic state without judgement

* Reconnect with the natural world as a source of wisdom and balance

* Allow your energy to gently recalibrate through presence and awareness

* Remember that nature can both mirror how we feel and show us new possibilities
