The FDA and the EBay seller known as jonquil 4308 now recall the dietary supplement Max Health Hydro Pineapple Burn.  This product has undeclared sibutramine, an appetite suppressing drug that has been withdrawn from the market due to safety issues.  This agent may dangerously elevate blood pressure and/or pulse rate and create a risk for heart attack, congestive heart failure, and stroke.  The product was sold on eBay.com.
