The CPSC and Rejuvenation have recalled Rejuvenation Deep Frame Mirrors.   The glue that binds the mirror to the frame may fail permitting the mirror to fall out of the frame creating laceration and injury hazards.  About 3,325 mirrors were sold nationwide at Rejuvenation stores, the Rejuvenation catalog, and online at rejuvenation.com.  Rejuvenation is a division of Williams-Sonoma.  If you have one of these mirrors, immediately take it down.  Contact Rejunvenation by phone at 1-877-770-7231 or via email at [email protected] to arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
