The CPSC and RH recall Lambeth Outdoor Metal Torches.  Flammable torch fuel may leak from the top of the torch canister due to a defective lid leading to fires and burns.  About 1200 of these torches have been sold nationwide at RH Galleries and Outlets and online at rh.com.   Immediately stop using these torches and contact RH by phone at 1-833-424-1125 or vial email at [email protected] to receive a prepaid shipping label and packaging for return of the defective torch lid and processing of a refund or credit.
