The CPSC and Magnussen have recalled Magnussen Nova Series 5-Drawer Chests, Model B1428-10. These tall chests are unstable unless anchored to the wall and they create tip-over and entrapment hazards for children. About 13,200 chests were sold in the US and about 2,520 were sold in Canada.
