I have been MIA because I have fallen and gone back to my old habits binging on Netflix and stopping everything I was achieving. It’s not about quitting it’s about re-evaluating ourselves, getting back to the present, and focus back on what we were trying to attain. Life throws some curve balls it’s about becoming a better catcher to not get thrown off balance.
