Our calling is to become like the glorified Jesus and not like Adam before the fall. We are predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son. The gospel is not just about going to heaven but it is about transforming us into the image of His Son.

When we confess that Jesus is Lord believing in our hearts that Jesus rose from the dead, we are saved from this fallen nature, into the glory of Christ.
