Recharging Your Batteries (Part 2)

In this episode, we will highlight some ways in which you can relax and recharge your batteries. Here are some general tips on ways you can get recharged:

  • set aside one day a week to fully rest (lazy sundays are a good example)
  • turn off WIFI (no internet means no emails, no streaming, no bluescreen)
  • turn off your cell phone for a period of time
  • take a relaxing hot bath
  • request a mental health break from work
  • learn to meditate
  • get outside
  • take a nap
  • read (and not work related, for example, i read sci-fi when i have the opportunity)
  • pamper yourself with something you enjoy

In addition, Kevin and Jason will give you some specific examples on how they recharge their own batteries.
