Becky Excell talked to Noni Needs at the Good Food Festival at Goodwood about cooking her gluten-free recipes in an air-fryer.

Nigella Lawson, the domestic goddess calls Becky "The Queen of Gluten-free."

When Becky couldn't find foods that she needed to keep her healthy and well she just created the recipes herself. 

This inspirational woman followed her heart and has now published her sixth Times Best seller book - all about cooking gluten-free recipes in an air-fryer.
