111: Reciprocity and Multi-State Taxation

States generally have reciprocity agreements with neighboring states…but not New York. Many businesses have, or will have at some point in their existence, a situation where one or more of their employees live in one state, but work in another state.  When it comes time to pay these employees, things can get a little confusing…
