Cate first struck internet fame talking about her experience with ADHD during the COVID pandemic on TikTok, and has grown their following on the platform to nearly 1.6 million folks and counting.

She is a mental health advocate, certified sex educator, TTRPG influencer, full-time content creator, and unofficial internet Mr. Rogers.

Now she stars on podcasts, streams, web series-es, you name it, all while being a beacon of positivity and kindness and unabashed nerdery.

In this episode we talk about the power of defining success for yourself, storytelling, sex in TTRPGs, ADHD and neurodivergency at the game table, and changing lives.
