Hey everyone, welcome to the first episode of our new side-series, Reckless Adjacent!. In this series, we're going to be trying out some new games and giving you all a taste of what they're about.

This time, we're playing 13th Age, a d20-based fantasy game that was created by the designers of D&D 3e and 4e, and was described to me as a middle ground between D&D 5e and Pathfinder.
