As a survivor turned thriver, from multiple emotionally abusive relationships, Sara knows firsthand how to build the resiliency muscles needed to elevate your life & your vibration (Vibe), so that you can experience, peace, ease, clarity & JOY in your every day life.

In January 2019 she began her deepest, life- altering, healing journey, when she experienced her breakdown for her breakthrough!

She healed her mind, body & soul, breaking generational patterns of toxic relationship cycles and from this experience, created her business: Illuminated Joy; to teach and empower Women, about their soul-missions and how to heal themselves.
Today, Sara mentor's Women, through her 1:1 programs, to RISE UP, RECLAIM & RECONNECT, to their energy & the parts of themselves they left behind on the way to the TOP!!
