Laura Adlington was the stand out star of the Great British Bake Off in 2020. Viewers fell in love with her sense of humour and positive outlook, as well as her messy baking. Laura is keen to help people of all shapes and sizes feel good about themselves and talks honestly and openly about mental health and body image.
