On Episode 6, I chat with Richard Macias of Warpath Fitness about his struggles with alcohol, body image, fatherhood and marriage.  He tells us what it was like for him going through the turmoil of active addiction and what eventually fueled the change to beome the father, husband and mentor that now drives his passion for life and health!!  Today, Richard is thriving in his business, familily and life being an example and sharing his story for so many others out there!!
