In this first episode of 2024 Francesca speaks frankly about the intense challenges she experienced in 2023 which prevented her from recording for her podcast much of the year, from depression, grief and a traumatic ending of her relationship, to the powerful transformation that has taken place within her since last autumn, leading her into a space of deep gratitude for all the  painful experiences she's traversed through as a result of the relationship, and the incredible lessons and gifts it has ultimately brought her.
