Cauliflower Gravy: Steam two heads of cauliflower, soak one - two cups of cashews overnight in hot water. Combine the steamed cauliflower and cashews in the food processor after the cauliflower is cooled. Add hot water until you obtain the consistency of gravy and season with salt, and pepper to taste.
