Today I am chatting with Miauwling Oei about her journey to self-love and reclaiming her true identity through astrogeography.

Miauwling is an international bestselling Author, Storyteller, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Dancer, and Alignment Coach.  She guides people to embody their integrity and joy.  She was seconds away from taking her own life on January 13, 2012, when she felt the deepest love that rocked her to the core.  To this day, it was the greatest miracle she had ever experienced and thus her journey within began.  Her mission and greatest passion are to provide people with simple tools to help them get through incredibly difficult moments in their life.  She is an artist who weaves the technology of kundalini yoga, Katonah inspired yoga, the art of gratitude, and sensual movement into an experiential and immersive workshop.
