Six years ago, I was knee-deep in the chaos of motherhood—chasing babies, pulling wagons, pushing strollers, and strapping little ones to me just to get through the day. People would look at me and say, “Wow, you have your hands full!” But what they didn’t see was everything else I was carrying—two young adults finding their way, a marriage we were learning to nurture, businesses we were growing, a cancer diagnosis (or three), food allergies, and natural disasters. Life wasn’t just full—it was overflowing.
In this episode, I’m sharing why it’s so important to look back at our past selves with love, gratitude, and compassion instead of judgment. That version of you—whether she was overwhelmed, exhausted, or just doing her best—deserves to be honored, not criticized. I’ll talk about how we reclaim our personal power when we stop holding onto regret and start celebrating how far we’ve come.
If you’ve ever looked back and thought, I should have done more or I wish I had known better, this episode is for you. You were carrying so much more than anyone could see—and I hope today, you can give that past version of you the love she deserves.
✨ What You’ll Learn:
✔️ How to shift from self-judgment to self-compassion
✔️ Why gratitude for past struggles strengthens your present power
✔️ A simple exercise to reconnect with and honor your younger self
If this episode speaks to you, send me a message and tell me one thing you’re grateful to your past self for. And don’t forget to share this with a friend who needs a reminder that she’s stronger than she realizes. 💛
